1. Who we are
This website, myaureabloom.store ("Site"), is operated by Ace Ventus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming filing ID 2026-001910435) doing business as Aurea Bloom ("we", "us", "our"). Our address is 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Store platform and payments
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
4. Products
- Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Read the ingredient list on the packaging before use, or email us to request it before ordering. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, patch test first. Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if it persists.
- Individual experiences vary. Colors may look different on different screens.
- Product images are for illustration. Packaging may be updated without changing the product.
5. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Optional add-ons, if any, are shown separately at checkout, are never pre-selected, and are only charged if you choose them.
- We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. You are charged once, for the order you place.
- Prices may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a product is unavailable. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
6. Order confirmation
After you order, you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order. The contract is formed when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and end on the stated date. We do not use fake countdown timers or false stock-scarcity claims.
9. Reviews and user content
Any customer reviews shown on our Site come from verified buyers and are published whether positive or negative, except reviews containing offensive language, personal data or spam. We do not write, buy or edit reviews to change their meaning. By submitting a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our Site and marketing, and confirm the content is your own and truthful.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Ace Ventus LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or place fraudulent orders.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is". Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Ace Ventus LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
