This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Ventus LLC, doing business as Aurea Bloom ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from myaureabloom.store (the "Site").

2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
- Order details: billing and shipping address, items purchased, order history.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, such as support emails or return requests.

Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site.
- This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping updates.
- To handle returns, refunds and customer support requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To send marketing emails or texts, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by replying STOP to texts.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, including:
- Shopify (store platform and checkout).
- Payment processors (to process payments).
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners (to deliver orders).
- Email and customer support tools.
- Analytics and advertising partners such as Meta and Google (to measure and show ads, see section 6).
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

5. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

6. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working (for example, your cart), to understand Site traffic, and to measure and personalize ads, including through the Meta Pixel and Google tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at:

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for this signal, our Site does not currently respond to it, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.

7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law.
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights.
To use any of these rights, email info@myaureabloom.store with the subject "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject "Privacy Appeal".

California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate geolocation) for the purposes in section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of service providers in section 4. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing for cross-context advertising may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by emailing us or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.

8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
